It’s important to remember that misogyny and “the patriarchy” isn’t men vs women, it is men and women vs women. This is not about opposing sides it’s about unlearning harming behavior and rhetoric.
Semantics a bit. The Patriarchy harms both men and women in almost innumerable ways, but it still exists primarily for the benefit of men.
While we will all benefit greatly from the eradication of the patriarchy, it is disingenuous to pretend the ways in which it impacts us are equal across the board.
