You can resist pain somewhat if you think of it as another feeling and just observe or notice it without reacting to it

I don’t know meditation but yeah this kinda works if the pain is not that severe .
Gotta figure out whether it’s “oh” or “hooh” deep. A week to heal if you’re going full palindrome.
Funny thing about your run of the mill bruises: poking them is one thing, but massaging the blood away from the center will often enough, lessen the healing time by a great deal. 🤷🏼♀️

When I have something that hurts, I poke at it really hard to make it hurt more for a minute so that the normal pain is ignorable.
