From this thread. I thought the feature existed briefly but I can’t find it anymore.
I’d like to swap like it was possible on Reddit, instead of opening the other account and having to find the post and comment again

No, I don’t think it is a feature at the moment.
I agree it would be nice though
The feature is not implemented yet, in Lemmy is more complex since it has to fetch the post/comment id in the other instance before replying.
