Yeah, the big difference is you don’t have to use Steam on PC, nor does Valve appear to pursue exclusivity agreements to for consumers to get any particular game only from them. For Playstation, you use the PS Store or you don’t play.

Oh no, I recognize the hypocrisy, I just enjoy eating meat and I don’t care enough to stop. I would be willing to switch to plant based alternatives that offer similar eating experiences at comparable pricing, but we aren’t there yet, although I do like the beyond ground beef, it’s just too expensive for me on a personal level.

It’s not really about stopping people from smoking per se. I mean, that would be nice, but it’s not realistic. What this does is more heavily discourage smoking around others who do not consent to being forced to breath second hand smoke, since those people will now have an enforceable mechanism with which to punish that behaviour.
