I agree with you. People are gleeful and smug about the firing. I’m proud of the people who stood up against a contract that will only bring death and destruction to the world and I am ashamed of those that smugly revel in their firing.

Right on, I did it and I found a lot of things leading back to Adrian Zenz. I’m glad we’re on the same page now.
Adrian Zenz is the guy. You really should start looking into the sources for more articles you read about China (assuming you read past the headline in the first place). They pretty much all go back to him.
I’m sorry you think I’m a “CCP troll”. I’m not. But I don’t think I’ll convince you, so have a good day.
Its actually all sourced from one single guy who has stated it is his mission from God to bring down China.
It’s common knowledge because propaganda is incredibly effective.
So you’re saying the article is untrue?
My heart is breaking.

I’ll be interested to see how JetBrains’s Fleet works out. I like Rider a lot more than full Visual Studio (also Rider is actually available on Linux).
That’s not true. You’re thinking of social programs. Socialism is when workers own the means of production.
If this was socialism, America would have already done a military coup in Denver.
I used Ubuntu for a long time, because it was easy to use and I wasn’t really a power user on linux (was just using it on a cheap laptop for classes a long time ago). When I built a server for myself recently, I didn’t really explore distros and plopped Ubuntu on it.
More recently, I got a new laptop and ended up installing Fedora on it. So far, I like Fedora a lot. I know there’s probably a better distro out there for me, but this one worked without fiddling and I’m liking it a lot more than Ubuntu. Ubuntu snaps kinda screwed my server for a year or so. I need to replace Ubuntu on that soon, I’m just not looking forward to dealing with that so it silently stays Ubuntu.
