Can’t say I love Annapurna, but at least control 2 will be on steam. Hopefully from day 1.

$3.99 in app for me rn. Total ripoff.
Dual booting is a nightmare, you’ll need a specially modified kernel, and getting the pen to work right can be tricky.
Once you’ve finally got the kinks worked out it’s pretty cool, but that might take longer than you’d like.
I was using a surface pro 7, for what it’s worth.
Honest question; why would they? Digital clocks and watches are have been cheaper and more accurate (and as a result more ubiquitous) for many years now. I think there’s a strong argument that analogue clocks are obsolete, and that’s why teens and kids aren’t learning to read them.
Perhaps I should have added that I use arch myself. All meant in good humor, and I’m sorry if I offended!
I don’t think it’s the distro. Arch users are just always angry about everything whether it works or not.
For what its worth, you weren’t missing much…
only two seasons
Two more than it deserved.
I actually watches the first season of the boys recently. Killer show. Its stunning that any real person could have ever looked up to Homelander in any capacity.
I suspect such circumvention will be illegal, and will turn a moderate speeding fine into a much more severe one.
No clue where you live, but in the southeast US the mosquitoes aren’t nearly as bad in winter, in my experience.
It’s impossible to survive and be productive or do anything useful in the fucking heat.
Everyone who lives anywhere near the equator, most farmers, Australians, and the entire African continent might take exception to that claim. You can say you prefer the cold all you like, and that’s fine, but this sound like a you problem.
Any reason you don’t buy one? If summer is so hard it seems like a good investment. You can even get the portable kinds that are way easier to install.
Being hot and sweaty is uncomfortable, granted.
But there’s a point where the cold is outright physically painful. And unless you’re wearing a full face mask, you’re pretty much always going to have some part of yourself exposed.
You also have to weigh the discomfort of being hot against the discomfort of wearing a ton of heavy clothing, and even all the time wasted pulling on and taking off coats, hats, & etc. every time you to outside.
For me, summer wins every time.
While the servers are the ones getting most of the tips, they have no control over this. Its entirely the point of sale processor (clover, square, etc.) who push it. They get a ~3% cut of the total transaction; if you tip then it’s a bigger transaction and their cut is a little bigger too.
This plan makes servers lives worse but doesn’t incentivise the people actually in charge to change anything.
My new rule is if I’m swiping the card, I’m not tipping. It’s arbitrary, and I’m sure that wait staff could use the cash, but it’s gotten unsustainable.
I’m cautiously optimistic, but prime is made by a completely different developer than dread so there’s no guarantees, unfortunately
tar --version
You’re welcome
I would kill for this. Trying to get logseq, or any other markdown editor to play nice with an existing obsidian vault is a nightmare. And none of them are nearly as feature complete or expandable.
