emby as well, which is what I currently use. I might switch to jellyfin or plex though, I don’t like the constant advertisements and restrictions that push you to get their premium service

yeah that’s honestly what I found as well. once I discovered you can patch RIF to use your own personal api token, I’ve been continuing to use reddit. it’s such a subpar experience compared to what it used to be tho
I just want RIF again
I do agree the human race will prevail, but honestly I just wish we didn’t. like wtf just look around us and all the shit we caused.
that’s one of the biggest reasons for my decision not to
that’s kind of ironic these days. 10 years ago it was more likely to be able to play on mac than Linux, since games with Linux ports likely also had mac ports. but then you have games like league of legends that have a native mac version but not Linux.
oh how times have changed.
probably just had to restart the systemd units or something
I’ve definitely seen stuff break because of an update to arch. there was an issue a while back where KDE plasma and xorg together would cause taskbar icons to be absolutely massive. a subsequent update fixed that.
the thing is, if my gaming PC is unusable, it’s not a big deal cause I don’t need it for anything. that’s why I run arch on it
I really should swap to jellyfin from emby
