I will typically drop several tracks on SoundCloud for a few months, pick the best ones, and then release an EP/Album with those good ones and a few originals.
SC makes it easy to post a track the same day and update or edit it, when I distribute through Spotify, Tidal, et al., it’s more permanent so I make sure everything is PERFECT before uploading to there. I know you weren’t asking for all this info but…yeah.
Thanks for taking the time to listen! Generally I don’t use Lemmy to promote, but when the chance arrives
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I guess let me see if anyone wants to listen to it, released TODAY:
Listen to ®hodes & (B)reaks All Day by Thassodar on #SoundCloud https://on.soundcloud.com/GNNMq
Check out the rest of my stuff at www.thassodar.com, I’ve got 4 years of music on SoundCloud and various streaming platforms!
Both Turnip Boy games (Tax Evasion and Robs a Bank), short fun, games with decent replayability. The writing is what makes it work though.
Wayfinder, don’t have a full opinion on this yet but it would have been interesting to see it if it had been released as an MMO as planned, the world is very pretty.
Crime Boss Rokay City is pretty fun, at launch it was crap but they’ve moved more towards a PayDay angle with heists and is pretty decent now.
Intentionally Selected, Spaghetti-Os
Recalcitrant Green Giant
Mr. 99.999% Clean
Cheese-Ems
Frosted Thicc Wheats
Meaties
Or CP, for short? I’m tired of all this CP on Lemmy! Let me pee in peace!
Surprised to hear someone mention Dallas Tort Worth ever since The Incident.
I’ve successfully left Gamepass for over a year and came back recently, no problem. All my saves were still on their cloud from two years ago, and I had access to games I wouldn’t have considered buying, like Lies of P.
Just got access to Baldur’s Gate 3 through family share. Reminds me of Neverwinter Nights from the early 2000s, but I haven’t played a game like it since (unless you include Dragon Age).
Also getting back into Binding of Isaac and Slay the Spire.
This is so apt, I’m not a Linux user but I’ve seen so many on Lemmy this fits. One day I may join y’all… One day.
Oh no! You caught us doing something that makes us look bad!
Straight to jail.
What a nostalgia hit! Throw in some random ground troop sound effects and you have full ASMR for some 30+ year olds around here.
Ever considered the Command and Conquer Red Alert series? For me Red Alert 2 is the most memorable, but all of their songs are very metal and industrial sounding. I’d recommend even just checking out the menu music for Red Alert 2, it goes hard.
I have put at least 30 hours in it, and found it fun to find different ways to do each run. I’m excited about the update because no matter how hard I try it gets pretty formulaic when doing a run when you have something solid in place that’ll get you to the endgame.

What common recipes use cardamom? I haven’t made anything that uses it.
All the playing I did, around 10 hours, I still couldn’t find a storyline to follow.
I’m just talking about how this amounts to over 4.20% of their GDP, man.
I got an M.2 drive last year after having a motherboard capable of it for 3-4 years, and naturally named it “Plash Speed”.
