It’s a big city, I think it’s pretty common that people move there from all over the country for work/studies.

One thing I didn’t see you mention is that Spain and Portugal have a specific issue which I haven’t really seen anywhere else, which is the British coming there so much that some areas are basically turning into UK-bis zones but with more sun. If you go around Málaga you find more pubs and Guinness than tapas. You lose everything that makes these places what they are. And it’s not just tourism as you’d think about where people come for a week or two, but also a lot of people buying property and either living there part time or moving there for retirement, compounding these real estate issues.

In the Netherlands we have traffic calming stuff everywhere. The result is that there is very little speeding going on. Distracted driving is another matter though…

I also remember being told it’s because they’re more hygienic (less pubic hair escaping). Always hated them though and would avoid places that enforced that.

Not sure if it fits your criteria but the only mobile game I play is pinball deluxe. If you like real pinball, then you’ll love it, it tries to stay as true to real pinball as possible on some/most tables, it does have small transaction stuff you can buy but I still haven’t bought any including all the additional tables etc after playing it 6 months + and if you did, then it’s just an 8€ one time buy to get all the content and remove the ads, I’m gonna get that once I actually get bored of the “free” tables.
