Lead acid batteries are worth a decent amount of money as scrap, don’t throw them out.

It’ll take a few spectacular failures and bankruptcies before people figure out AI isn’t quite what’s being sold to them, I feel.
Just create demented shitposts that will poison any AI, like the ones trained on Reddit posts telling users to put glue on their pizza and make chlorine gas.
The standard colour is the colour of stainless steel, now stop being such a pedant.
Leave my mum out of this.
These have mostly been small sailing vessels, and in some cases the family home. We’re not talking about the 1% here.
I bet that place leaks.
Not really, my local polling place I drive straight past on my way home, it probably takes five minutes out of my day at most.
Any functioning democracy should be like this.
The British are weird with names.
Not practically, they actually can own it in the UK.
They have legal protection well before ten years though, this website outlines it.
https://www.complete-ltd.com/landlord-library-squatters-rights/
If the squatter has been in the property for more than 28 days or is in a commercial property, the landlord will need to file a claim for possession in court. This is a more complex process and can take several months to complete.
It sounds like an absolute nightmare if you’re renovating or between tenancies with a commercial property.
Largely because squatters usually trash and destroy any property they squat in, or at best leave it full of litter.
Very few actually take any care of the property whatsoever.
It’s a restaurant, not exactly set up for accommodation.
According to government guidance, squatters can apply to become the registered owners of a property if they have occupied it continuously for 10 years, acted as owners for the whole of that time and had not previously been given permission to live there by the owner.
Interesting loophole. Can you prove the squatters were not given verbal permission by the owner?
Also, the fact that a group of people can help themselves to a property that is vacant for good reason and have legal protection is kinda bullshit.
It’s almost two for a 256GB, so that sounds about right. I wonder how big microSD will get?
Mine’s got one.
Also just a very inefficient use of language, they really waffle on.
Concise writing is a dead art, isn’t it?
I guess the death sentence is one way to deter people from similar offences.
One of the best real life examples was the movie Mars Needs Moms.
It was made with a technology called motion capture, and it’s absolutely bizarre and unnerving to watch. Everything just looks wrong in a way that’s very difficult to explain.
