I always think this joke is more of a linguistics/grammar joke than programming. The kid resolves the ambiguity in the ellipsis incorrectly, but why is this a programmer joke?

1. generates code
2. feed code back in and ask ChatGPT if it has any bugs (yes/no answer)
3. if no, done, otherwise feed code back in and ask ChatGPT to fix it
4. goto step 2

I guess that varies a lot with how much programming you’ve done before, particularly things like functional programming and using generics.
