Was my immediate thought when I first heard of this. It’s gonna be so damn expensive.
In this case, it’s due to the way the infrastructure currently stands in Detroit. So many people moved out of Detroit years ago that 1/3 of the population is left to maintain the city. They need people to move back to generate money in order to rebuild.
I forget the channel, but this guy with long dark hair and a goatee covered this issue.

I’m a cloud gamer because I do not have much expendable income. I definitely am not interested in consoles. If my situation improves, I will go back to PC.

I literally always have a second item on hand. The second I open something, I immediately add it toy grocery list. This gives me a lot of time to remember.
As a construction worker, I disagree. Construction sites are so cluttered, so tough to navigate, and there are so many unknown variables. I really think cars driving themselves will happen before construction workers are replaced. And personally I feel we are a long ways away before cars are driving themselves to begin with.
