Yes! Got stopped by mine one day at the end of my shift going out the main entrance and he just kept talking for about 15 minutes. I was making it pretty obvious I’m off and trying to leave by even putting my foot in the door, but he just would not stop talking.
Now if I see him I just make a quick detour and use the other exit.

Lol i feel the pain. Totally oblivious to social signals like caring a heavy bag or painfully hungry and need to go to lunch. But talk talk…
