Never count bathroom breaks as break time, your meal break doesn’t start until the microwave dings, and your commute isn’t officially compensated as it should be, so you have to compensate yourself by finding an equivalent amount of time where you are on the clock and not working.

And all those times where you are asked to leave your break to do work? You are entitled to a full uninterrupted break, so take another one to make up for it, in whatever way you can without drawing the ire of the boss who abused your good nature by ruining your break in the first place.
