        Yes, it is. Inhalation of vaporized heavy metals, let alone vaporized heavy metals that emit alpha particles.

        Like, putting aside all of the politics of this, that is why birth defects in Iraq are so fucking high. DU is not good stuff, if you care about the people using the weapons long term survival.

          oh wow you really have no idea how radiation works on the human body. i am not saying it is good for you but alphas cannot even pierce the skin

              do you know how lungs react to bullets? have you heard of the red forest? are you aware that the Russian army used (as with clusters) u rounds from the start?

              there is also a difference between birth defects around a localized area and just using u rounds sporadically.
