    Lol whose gonna pardon him?

If Biden tried, he’s getting JFK’ed by the corporate elites before he ever get a chance to sign the paper for the pardon. (Besides, the president can’t pardon state crimes.

NY Governor also face the same risk of getting Huey Long’ed (Huey Long was a left wing Governor that got assassinated)

Edit: Best chance he got is Jury Nullification.

I hate to tell you OP, but there’s just about 0% chance that’s gonna happen. Rich people want someone to make an example out of, and the government is all too keen to do it

And also, send a strong signal that there is a significant untapped base of support for any politician willing to work on weakening these parasites.

Hate to tell ya but the political class is curated and manufactured by the plutocracy. Most of them are scabs paid to talk the talk publicly, while offering subservience behind closed doors. Anyone actually walking the walk is an anomaly; if they ever have a reasonable chance of success, they are pre-emptively neutralized by the states monopoly on violence.

They will also crush all organized movements with mass surveillance, and it’s only going to get worse. It seems like the masses only recourse is self-sacrifice through vigilante terrorism. It’s much harder to stop a motivated and autonomous, self-organizing, lone-wolf / individual (see mass shooters).

TBH I think he should serve time, but I don’t expect him to. Even if he gets sentenced, some politician is probably going to make a stunt out of pardoning him.

Broad daylight Murder seems like one of the easiest crimes to get away with in the USA, looking at examples like Rittenhouse, Daniel Perry, that guy who killed a homeless man and was let off earlier this week.

You think someone is going to pardon him? I can’t think of a single politician in history that would touch that. The rich and powerful see him as a Unabomber.

As far as I understand, only federal crimes can be pardoned. Not state crimes.

And I’m pretty sure murder is a crime in the state this happened in.

The more realistic way for him to get out is jury nullification

The president can only pardon federal crimes. State crimes can be pardoned by that state’s governor. Still not realistic that it would happen.
