I really like most of the changes from PF1e to 2e and even those I liked better before – well, I at least understand why they’ve changed them (looking at you, triple AC values). In fact, even if you are starting soon, you can grab the playtest documents and see if they’ve got enough content to satisfy your needs right now, backfilling with PF2e rules where the playtest is incomplete.
