Who can afford to eat. Every time I go to the store it’s upwards of $100 now where it used to $35 to $40 a trip. Of course I’ve started to cut back trips to the store and fix cheaper meals when I can.

Sure don’t need that food, Or transportation, or that roof over my head. I’m so greedy, asking for the ability to cover my own basic needs while working 40hrs a week.

Well I live in Utah, and usually worked about 55 hours a week yet still couldn’t make ends meet. Yes, pay is incredibly low here. They always talk about people moving to Utah “for the jobs.” Well yes there’s tons of jobs here. None of them pay enough to allow you to pay rent AND buy food, but yes, there are tons of jobs available. With the average one bedroom house going for nearly 2 million (AND WHY? IN UTAH OF ALL PLACES!!) even people with two or three jobs are now homeless and living in cars. Even 1 bedroom apartments are beyond the reach of most hardworking Utahns.
