Reason why I won’t buy games that are hosted online only from the developer or whatever…no thanks.
Dark Souls 2 is perfectly playable offline, the online features are optional.
While the online elements of souls games can be fun, I still fully enjoy them offline.
The ones that bother me are the single player games that require a server connection. As time goes by more and more solo games are going to die out because of it.
Indeed. First golden rule is no preorders, and then after it comes out, if it requires online to play the single player, I don’t buy it.
