I’m getting to be “that age” now, and aside from getting used to a different controller, I was up and running like it was the early nineties again.

Why would they do such a thing?
It’s not a simple upscale, they remade 1 and 2 and unified the controls based on 2 and 3 more or less. It’s really nice actually. Maintains the spirit but it’s a pretty fresh game still.
